To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deny the return request. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact before sending the item back.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your request and respond to your email.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. Timeless Gearz is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If we agree to cover the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photographs if possible. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances. You must report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a resolution.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about whether an item is final sale, contact us before placing your order.
